Processing Times
Orders are typically processed and fulfilled within 2–5 business days, unless otherwise stated on the product listing.
Custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time. If this applies to your order, the estimated processing time will be noted on the product page or communicated to you directly.
Estimated Shipping Times
Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

You will receive a shipping confirmation notification once your order has been shipped.
Tracking Information
Tracking is not included on most orders.
If you would like your order to include tracking, please contact us before placing your order via message or email. We'll be happy to arrange a tracked shipping option and provide a quote for any additional shipping costs.
If tracking is included with your selected shipping method, you will receive your tracking information once your order has shipped.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or other fees imposed by their country's customs authorities. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Incorrect Shipping Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes can only be made before your order has been fulfilled.
Monday Doodles is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or has not arrived within a reasonable delivery timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
Please include your order number and, if applicable, clear photos of any damage so we can investigate the issue. Eligible orders will be replaced in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
