At Monday Doodles, each item is made with care. Many of our products are made to order or customized, so we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect purchases, or buyer's remorse.
Replacements
If there is an issue with your order due to circumstances beyond your control, we'll work with you to make it right. Replacements may be provided if:

Your order arrives damaged.

Your order is lost in transit or does not arrive within a reasonable delivery timeframe.

You receive the wrong item.

Your order has a manufacturing defect.

There is another verified issue caused by production, shipping, or an error on our end.
To request a replacement, please contact us within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date for lost packages) and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue, if applicable.
Replacement requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to deny requests where the issue is determined to be outside of our responsibility.
Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled only before they have been fulfilled or entered production.
Once an order has been fulfilled, produced, or shipped, it can no longer be cancelled, modified, returned, or refunded.
