Help! My item arrived damaged

We are so sorry about that! Please email us a photo of the item, and we’ll arrange a solution as soon as possible. Our email is shopmondaydoodles@gmail.com.

My order hasn't arrived! What do I do?

First, check your shipping confirmation for details. If it’s been longer than expected, send us a message or email and we’ll gladly look into it for you!

What is the return/refund policy?

We do not accept returns or offer refunds, but if your order arrives damaged, is lost in transit, or there's an issue on our end, we'll gladly send a replacement. Please contact us and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

How long will it take to get my order?

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. Shipping times vary depending on your location:

  • Canada: 1-3 business days
  • USA: 5–10 business days
  • International: 6-12 business days

You’ll receive a notification once your order has shipped!

If you wish for your order to include tracking, it should be available at checkout.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order hasn’t been shipped yet, we'll do my best to accommodate changes or cancellations.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need help!

Do you do commissions or custom designs?

Yes, I do! I love creating custom pieces:)

Don't see shipping in your region?

If you live in a country in which shipping isn't offered, please shoot us a message, and we can work out a delivery agreement. Please ask!
